Waterjet Cutting Services

High-pressure cutting for thick and exotic materials. No heat-affected zones, cut virtually any material up to 200mm thick with exceptional edge quality.

What is Waterjet Cutting?

Waterjet cutting uses ultra-high-pressure water (up to 60,000 PSI) mixed with abrasive garnet to cut through virtually any material. Because it's a cold-cutting process, there's no heat-affected zone, warping, or material hardening.

Our advanced waterjet systems can handle materials from soft rubber to hardened tool steel, titanium, and composites—ideal for thick sections, intricate profiles, and materials sensitive to thermal stress.

Why Choose Our Waterjet Cutting?

Universal Material Capability

Cut materials that would be impossible with laser or mechanical methods—no material too hard or heat-sensitive

No Thermal Damage

Zero heat-affected zone means no warping, hardening, or material property changes

Thick Section Cutting

Process materials up to 200mm thick with consistent edge quality throughout

Intricate Profiles

Create complex internal cutouts, tight radii, and detailed profiles with precision
